Our detailed return, exchange, and refund terms for individual storybooks, custom Bedtime Boxes, recurring subscriptions, and playdate event tickets are currently TBD (To Be Decided) and will be updated here shortly.
💛 Parent Promise in the meantime: If your book arrives damaged in transit or has a printing defect, please raise a complaint right below and we will personally make it right.
